Do you choose a word for your year ahead? It’s one of my favorite traditions! A Word of the Year serves as inspiration, focus, and motivation, guiding your decisions and personal growth. Unlike New Year’s resolutions, which focus on specific goals, your word encapsulates your values and aspirations, helping you stay grounded and intentional throughout the year. It’s a reminder of who you want to become and keeps you focused on what’s within your control.

After choosing my word, I like to create a small piece of art to reflect on it and keep it visible throughout the year.
